TASC Program (Total Administrative Services Corporation)
The SDHBA 2009 Winter Board in February approved working with a company called TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation) to provide tax savings to employers and their employees. The program works by setting up pre-tax payroll deductions to lower tax obligations. In June TASC sent a mailing to the entire SDHBA membership. If you don’t remember receiving the mailing or misplaced your letter, let the SDHBA office in Pierre know right away. The company is now in the process of contacting SDHBA members who responded to the June mailing and setting up appointments to further explain the program. Several members have already found the program to be a savings. Save an average of $300 per employee in payroll taxes while they take home more pay.
